The Jennings Annual Back-to-School Jamboree is set for 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, 2026, on the Gary Gore Campus (NEW LOCATION!)
The 2026-27 School Year begins on Aug. 24!

Missouri’s 2026 back-to-school sales tax holiday runs from Friday, August 7, to midnight Sunday, August 9. During these three days, qualifying clothing, school supplies, computers and software are completely exempt from state taxes.

On Monday, August 3, the district welcomed an energetic group of both seasoned and new educators, preparing to fill positions across all schools. Two were excited to be stepping in front of the classroom for the first time.
District administrators and Superintendent Paula Knight highlighted the theme "Building a Legacy" as they formally introduced goals and expectations for student and teacher success.
